The bag has three divided sections, each with its own pouch of rice, buckwheat and flax for even distribution of heat or cold. Pop it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes for a cozy, soothing warm-up. Or freeze your Hotsy-Coldsy Bag for up to two hours and use it as an ice pack. No more icky, chemical gels on your body or near your foods!

Why the zipper? Because we just *know* you’ll use your Hosty-Coldsy Bag often and you’ll want to toss it in the washer. Simply unzip the fleece bag and remove the inner pouch of rice and flax. Wash and dry the fleece bag with your regular laundry and pop the inner pouch back into place. Upcycled wool Hotsy-Coldsy Bags have been pre-felted (pre-shrunk), so they can be washed and dried too.
